Terms

Draft for review: standard wording prepared for Crewstel. The owner must have it reviewed before customers outside the pilot rely on it. Items in [square brackets] are for the owner to decide.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when an organisation uses Crewstel, the field time and expense management service ("the service"). "We" means [the company that sells Crewstel: for the owner to fill in]. "You" means the organisation that signs up, and the people it invites.

1. The service

Crewstel lets your technicians record their working days and expenses, your project managers approve or reject each line, and your billing team download an invoicing report. It is the step between the field and the invoice: it is not an accounting, payroll or tax system, and you remain responsible for the invoices, pay and tax returns you prepare from it.

2. Accounts and access

3. Your data

4. Acceptable use

Use the service only for your organisation's own work records. Don't try to reach another customer's data, disrupt the service, get around its limits, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.

5. Fees

6. Ending

You may stop using the service at the end of any month. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken or fees go unpaid, after telling you and giving reasonable time to fix it where we can. [Notice periods: for the owner to decide.]

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to tell you before planned work, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change the service; we'll tell you before a change that removes something you rely on.

8. Responsibility

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [twelve] months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. General

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. [Governing law and the courts that hear disputes: for the owner to decide.] Questions about these terms: the address on this site's "Book a demo" link.
